A LOOPED BIKE RIDE
112 miles is a long way to cover. With rare exception, expect to do 2, 56 mile loops. It's good for familiarity of the course, but also makes it easy for the race to support you along the way.

RUN
A LOOPED RUN
Like the bike, expect the run to be many small loops. This allows for lots of aid stations, lots of fan support (you'll want that) and one heck of a crowd at the finish line!
