IT'S

POSSIBLE

IT'S POSSIBLE

A plan you're going to follow has to match your starting point. Starting from 0? Get a plan that starts from 0, etc. You don't qualify for Kona overnight, so why train like it? Match your experience to your training for best result.

LONG

DAYS

LONG RUNS

You're going to bike 112 miles and run a marathon in the same day - having back to back long days are critical to adapting your body for the stresses of race day.
