Work is hard. Life is hard. Maintaining physical fitness is hard enough, but it’s somewhat meaningless without a solid base of motivation and mental fitness too.

I’ve learned a lot along the way (literally writing something I’ve learned down every day for the last 2+ years) and it’s helped me tremendously. My only hope is throughout these anecdotes & shared lessons about my own struggles in keeping a growth mindset, some of what I’ve learned can help keep you from having to learn it the hard way.
