I started my Ironman journey about a year ago. I was out of shape, overweight and had no idea how to swim and bike. I don’t own a bike, and only knew how to swim well enough to keep myself from drowning 🙂. I found the JMFitness training program and went to work. I couldn’t have asked for a better laid-out plan. By the end I was extremely confident in all three disciplines and felt like I could actually do an Ironman! Thanks to Josh’s coaching, was able to accomplish just that! I also lost 40 lbs in the process! Now I’m looking forward to the next Ironman and maintaining this new me for years to come. Thanks JMFitness!
