This week on the podcast, I’m joined by a close personal friend, Kevin Love. Kevin is an accomplished collegiate runner & junior national cyclist.
For me personally, he was an invaluable coach when it came to completing Ironman Maryland.
Hours after signing up, I called him, and after unsuccessfully convincing him to join me, asked for advice – and he delivered.
