You're committed to your goals
Crossing this finish line isn't easy. It takes days, weeks, and months of hard work to get there. If you're committed to getting there, then we're committed to helping you along the way. There are no shortcuts, so don't expect any, but if you're willing to work - you'll be rewarded.

This type of training is hard work. It'll take days of discipline & working out when you simply don't want to in order to get across the finish line. If you're hoping for a magic pill, this isn't it.
You aren't willing to do the work
There are 40 weeks of programmed workouts in this training plan. It requires hard work and dedication to get through them. If you're not committed to doing the work to prepare for race day this plan won't work for you.
You can't stick to a structured plan
There will need to be sacrifices made, happy hours missed, and early alarms accepted. The plan is designed so you can still have a social life, family time, and time with your friends - but it will require sacrifice, and you have to be ok with making those sacrifices for the ultimate goal of becoming a triathlete.
